My Friend,

******PLEASE take a moment to read this entire message. Based on what has happened over these past 54 months, I firmly believe God has raised up Liveprayer as a great beacon of light in the darkness of these last days. Since we started, I have literally given everything I have to this work. I am willing to continue to make whatever personal sacrifices of all that I own as well as of my very life to see this work continue and expand, but I am only one man. I depend on a loyal and Godly group of men and women who labor here with me each day, and I MUST HAVE the prayers and financial support of friends like you.

Rather than simply preach to the choir, sell books and tapes to the choir, God has led me to reach out to the lost and hurting that won't go to church, won't buy books and tapes, and won't watch or listen to the Christian media. He has raised up this great tool called Liveprayer to reach these people. Liveprayer only exists because of YOUR prayers and YOUR gifts.

I am asking you to pray today about helping me. I need your prayers, and for those who are able, I NEED your financial support. I have chosen a path of financial integrity by not turning this ministry into just another Christian marketing organization selling the Gospel to buy jet planes and big homes, believing God will burden the hearts of people for the work of a pure ministry only seeking to minister to the lost and hurting.

That is how we have made it 54 months, seeing over 50,000 we know of come to know Christ as their Savior and building a growing archive of over 1.1 million praise reports as a testimony to God's grace and mercy in peoples lives. I am very weary, as is my staff from the battles of the last few days. Is it any accident the block of our mail servers for no reason by AOL happened as a Devotional calling the United States a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah was going out... just hours after a demonstration of that at the Super Bowl of all places? Is it any accident that the Devotional Tuesday was exposing the cult operating in the church called Freemasonry? But the battle is the Lord's and HE will always have the final word!

I am confident that one reason God has continued to bless the efforts here at Liveprayer is because we have remained faithful to minister to the needs of the hurting and lost. From day one, we have remained faithful to raising funds in a Biblical way by simply sharing the needs of the ministry, asking people to give as they are led and according to their ability to give, and trusting God to provide. Despite opportunities to bring in millions annually through renting email names, selling advertising, or selling products, I have continued to walk by faith, trusting God to put a burden on the hearts of people to support His work here at Liveprayer.

As we are just a few days into our 54th month of ministry here at Liveprayer.com, I want to share 3 needs with you:

1) $30,000 to cover this months operational expenses of Liveprayer. It costs us $30,000 a month, or $1,000 a day to provide for FREE ministry to just under 2 million people 24/7/365. The breakdown of our monthly budget is: $15,000 bandwidth costs $ 9,000 Payroll (ministry, office, tech) $ 3,000 Payroll (executive) $ 3,000 Office expenses It is the faithful and sacrificial gifts of friends like you that help us to meet our budget each month!

2) $40,000 to cover the February TV program costs. God has given us an incredible opportunity these past 11 months to have a "live" TV program on secular television for an hour 5 nights a week. We have been blessed with several friends who God has blessed and have made considerable sacrifices to give $5,000-$10,000 gifts to cover this need for the past 11 months. I need someone that can make an immediate $10,000 gift towards this month's TV budget today, and 6 more people that can make a $5,000 gift towards this need between now and the end of the month. *Because the TV program is on a secular TV network, I am very open to talking to a company or organization about being a title sponsor for the program, If you are interested in helping in this way, you can contact me at bkeller@liveprayer.com .

3) $80,000 to cover the cost of equipment for one "node" for LPeMail. We need to create "nodes" to handle every 100,000 subscribers to the new LPeMail system. The equipment needed per node runs right at $80,000. If you want to purchase a "node" or would like a precise breakdown of the equipment involved to help supply that equipment, please email me at bkeller@liveprayer.com for a technical description.

***One source of funding that we receive VERY little from is the local church. In the past 54 months, Liveprayer has helped place well over 100,000 people in local churches all over the country. I am asking each one of you to pray about going to your church and finding out the best way your church could support Liveprayer with a monthly gift of $100 or more. Each church is structured in a different way, so you will have to find out if this would be considered a missions gift or come under some other area. But the fact is, if only 700 churches were supporting this ministry each month with a $100 gift, we would have our basic monthly budget met without ANY additional gifts.

In closing, I had no idea what God was up to 54 months ago when Liveprayer started. I see daily the incredible way God is using Liveprayer.com and Liveprayer TV to reach people that otherwise would never be reached. I also clearly see the need for a unified, strong voice in the marketplace for the truth of God's Word. None of this was anything I had expected or desired 54 months ago. But God always has a plan that we never fully see, and is only asking us to be faithful to what He calls us to do. That is the only thing I can do each day.

The future of this ministry is NOT in my hands. It became much too large for me several years ago. It is in YOUR hands. This is totally out of my control. Moses could not build the tabernacle by himself. He HAD to have the people to do it. Liveprayer is NOT Bill Keller. Liveprayer is a last day's instrument of God to reach the lost and hurting of this world with the love and hope of Jesus Christ. You have made all of this possible. YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE THE ONES GOD USES TO MAKE IT ALL POSSIBLE.
